Repinique/Timbales Sticks. (Bahia Classic.)
Fernando has designed this sticks in 1991 coming back from Salvador Bahia, inspired in the original sticks used in Bahia that come from branches called bime. They need to be wet an hour before you play for a whip like action and flexibility, they break easily when dry.
This special plastic sticks are very similar to the original wooden ones (bime) in size, thickness, weight, sound and whip like action flexibility, but besides all that offers you a life time durability. With sparkle handle $12.00. |
